Consultations
At Simplified Spaces, we strive to provide transparent and fair pricing for our services. Our pricing structure is based on several factors, including the scope of the project, the timeline, and the package selection. We understand that each project is unique, and we will work with you to create a customized plan that fits your needs and budget.
Once we’ve assessed the space, we will provide a detailed estimate outlining all of the associated costs, so there are no surprises along the way. We want you to feel confident in your investment and know that you are receiving the best value for your money.
Additionally, we offer multiple price structures – hourly rates, shorter sessions, and larger packages – so you can pick the option that best suits your budget.
Have a specific budget in mind? We’ll tell you what we can accomplish while staying within your budget so there won’t be any surprises.
In-Person Consultations $125 per hour
We recommend a 1-hour consultation to assess the space and get an approximate time estimate on the project. The consultation includes a walk-through of the space, organizing solutions and product suggestions, a budget discussion, and a written proposal. If you schedule a session within 48 hours of your proposal, $50 of the consultation fee will be applied toward your balance.
Hourly
You have the option of having 1 or 2 organizers simplifying your space. For most projects, we recommend at least 2 organizers to ensure our clients get the best value and service.
Single Session
4 hours of organizing assistance with 2 organizers.
Product pickups and returns can be arranged at a discounted rate.
Starter Package
8 hours of organizing assistance with 2 organizers
Package includes complimentary product pickups and returns.
Premium Package
16 hours of organizing assistance with 2 organizers.
Package includes complimentary product pickups and returns.
Elite Package
24 hours of organizing assistance with 2 organizers.
Package includes complimentary product pickups and returns.
Elite Plus Package
32 hours of organizing assistance with 2 organizers.

VIP For A Day Package
For clients with limited availability who are looking for an all-in-one-day solution.
Includes:
• Priority Booking- skip the wait and schedule your date ASAP. You will also receive first dibs on any cancellation dates leading up to your session.
• Zoom meeting in advance of your session so we can create an action plan for the day.
• Coffee or tea on us! We will provide the sustenance to get the day started.
• 5 hours of hands-on decluttering and organizing with 2 organizers.
• Day-of shopping and product implementation.
• Donation removal at the end of the day.
• Assistance with the consignment of large items.

Refresh
Does your space need a little refresh? We offer returning clients a 3-hour refresh session to revisit their space and get it back on track.
Virtual Consulting Sessions
Need direct advice on organization, decluttering, and maximizing your space? You can work directly with us to have your specific questions answered regarding your most challenging rooms and spaces.
Virtual consulting appointments are offered in either 30 or 60-minute sessions. During your session, you can ask as many questions as you’d like, get recommendations for specific products and instructions for how to organize and maximize your space. The perfect budget-friendly solution for those who love a DIY project but just need some guidance.
Additional Costs
We strive to keep additional costs to a minimum. However, there may be certain circumstances where additional costs may apply. These could include purchasing organizing supplies or hiring additional personnel for larger projects. We always discuss these potential costs with you before any work is started and provide transparent pricing for any additional services or materials required. We understand that unexpected costs can be stressful, which is why we aim to be as upfront and clear as possible about any potential additional costs that may arise during the project, and ultimately, you have the final say on purchases. Our goal is to create a stress-free and organized space, without any surprises or hidden fees along the way.
