The process typically begins with an initial phone consultation to discuss your needs and goals. From there, an in-person appointment is scheduled for us to assess the space and create a customized organizational system. Do you offer virtual organizing services?

Yes, we offer virtual organizing services for those wishing to DIY the project with a sprinkle of professional planning. We will guide you through the decluttering process and share our recommendations for how to best utilize the space, as well as provide product recommendations. We will share all of our ideas for your space.

 

Do I need to be present during the organizing process?

While it's not necessary to be present during the entire organizing process, communication, especially during the decluttering stage, is important to ensure that your vision and goals are being met.

How long does the organizing process typically take?

Will you make me get rid of things I don't want to part with?

No, but we will ask you questions and prompt you to consider the items and what purpose they serve. Ultimately, you have the final say in what stays and what goes, and we will find a way to incorporate items into the organizational system.

 

What happens to the items that are decluttered during the organizing process?

You can choose to donate, sell, recycle, or dispose of the items that are decluttered. We are happy to assist in organizing and dropping off donations to local charitable organizations.

 

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my organizing session?
